The Women of the Moose, established in 1913, is a unit of Moose International. Our members work in harmony with the members of the Loyal Order of Moose to provide a helping hand to those in need.Women of the Moose Landing Page
Our members dedicate countless volunteer hours each year to over 1,400 Chapters across the United States and Canada as well as their communities. More importantly, the Women of the Moose is one of the largest contributors to the support and maintenance of Mooseheart Child City and School and Moosehaven Retirement care facility. On an annual basis, the Women of the Moose throughout the fraternity donate more than one million dollars to support programs and activities at these two campuses.
The Women of the Moose provides social, educational and community service opportunities to its members, as well as sporting events and activities geared toward the entire family. Our members are enthusiastic; they bring a special passion and commitment to the Moose fraternity. But don’t think the Women of the Moose are all work and no play – they also bring a unique brand of fun and energy to their meetings and functions.
There will be a "Jewelry 'plus'" sale on Friday Nov 4th at 5:00 PM in the Ballroom. Please come and see what is being sold!!!!
Reminder: We need donations for our Holiday Helper collections of toys, hats, scarves, etc. (NO BARBIES OR CLOTHING) for Ft. Lee. Age is infant to 13 years old. Donations accepted until Nov. 12.
The Women of the Moose are responsible for our Moose Members and Qualified Guests to have the children's Halloween, Christmas, and Easter Parties. The WOTM love our children and want them to enjoy what we offer every year.
We do fundraising events for Mooseheart and Moosehaven and other fundraisers in the community. Our Mooseheart child is "Kendrick", he is 4 years old and our Moosehaven grandparent is "Janette". Our community fundraisers include: donations for the homeless populations, our school drives, and any other needy people in our communities that requests our help.Our upcoming events for funding are Cake Raffles, Father's Day Raffle, Jewelry Sale (donated Jewelry), and School Supply Drive beginning July 1 through August 31, 2022.
